We process your order within 2–4 business days. DPD, PostNL or DHL then usually delivers within 2–5 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.
What does shipping cost?
Orders from € 50 ship free within the Netherlands. Below that it's € 4.95.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 90 days. Email customerservice@zydante.com and we'll send you the return instructions.
Which duvet size do I need?
Single beds usually take 140x200 or 140x220 cm, doubles 200x200 or 200x220 cm and king size 240x200 or 240x220 cm. Taller than 1.85 m? Choose the 220 cm length.
Can I wash my duvet?
Many of our duvets and bedding are machine washable. The right temperature and drying advice are on the care label and product page.
